All the facilities viz shopping, recreational centers and restaurants are situated nearby. The famous Shopprix mall is located at just 5 mins walking distance. Kanchanjunga market is also nearby. 

Though the accommodation is surrounded by lush green vegetation with Joggers Park in front, we also have a large park in Sector 61 called the Trifla Park.  And yes off course, Sai Dham is also located nearby.

Hospitals & Schools, Public Transport

Being centrally located, the area is in close proximity to hospitals and schools.  Public Transport like DTC, UP Roadways Buses and shared Autos ply through Sector 61.
